Cancellations & Bookings Policy
We require a £10.00 deposit per 30 minutes of any treatments booked.
Any Highfield Wellness & Beauty Package requires a 50% deposit on booking.
We ask for at least 24 hours for any single booking cancellation.
We ask for at least 48 hours for any Spa package cancelled or multiple treatments booked.
All deposits are Non Refundable and Non Returnable. Deposits paid for cancelled bookings outside the cancellation policy are retained for future bookings, or can be taken as a Gift voucher or an exchange of treatment. If the cancellation is made within the 24 or 48 hours cancellation policy then Highfield Beauty reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation charge of the treatment booked. This will be taken via credit/debit card on the day of cancellation. If a deposit has been taken for treatment made, then this will be lost as part of the cancellation.
Highfield Beauty respects your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals. The information we collect is used to send you, the subscriber information you have requested. It could also be used to notify you about updates to our web site, or to contact you for marketing purposes. If you supply us with your postal address or email address online you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.
Highfield Beauty reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on any treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash and cheque.
Gratuities are not included in our service prices. Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients and can be taken by cash.
We are not able to accept appointments for children under the age of 16 years.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home. However, if you do bring them to the Spa, please keep all valuables with you during your appointments.
